budget considerations.
Individualized
Virtual Program created
Trainer
chooses the appropriate program for client or creates
a new one.
Program
is then modified according the member's goals and assessment
information.
Client
receives their individualized program electronically. Client
can access and review all workouts - both when with a trainer
and when on their own.
