Clients can access their program through our secure client interface site called myworkoutprogram.com.
Once logged in, clients can see your bio, messages from you, their monthly workout calendar and their daily workout.
Linked to each exercise on their program is a brief video that loads quickly to demonstrate proper form and technique. The client then prints the daily program to take to the gym.
When they return they can e-mail you with questions or requests for weight and/or exercise changes. Your clients will also have access to a unique feedback and tracking system so that you can view their post-workout feedback at any time.
