After you have created a schedule for your client, you will be taken to a Fitness Assessment area, so that you can get some baseline strength values and populate their new program with weight values.
The first three tests are required if you want weight values to appear on their workouts. These tests are Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength and Abdominal. If you do not fill out these tests the workout will contain default values of zero.
Once you have filled out all the assessment tests you want, click on the “save” button.
You will now be taken to your client’s workout where you can customize the workout further or e-mail it.
