How do I change the automatic "newclient" password given to my client?

All first time clients receive an email with their username and password after they have been registered by you. Their username is their first and last name together with no space. All new clients receive the password "newclient" which can be changed by you.

To change your client's password, simply click on "My Clients" on the left nav bar, then click on the folder under "Client File" for that specific client. At the bottom of the page is the "Account Information" section. Type the new password in the box next to "Password" and click the "Save" button below.

We recommend asking your client for a password that will be easy for them to remember. Changing their password is also good for security purposes as well.
