How does the Advanced Trainer Pro Work?

  1. Personal Trainer performs fitness assessment
    • In person discussion of member's goals and particular workout requirements including weekly work-out frequency both with and without the personal trainer, training environments, budget considerations.

  2. Individualized Virtual Program created
    • Trainer chooses the appropriate program for client or creates a new one.
    • Program is then modified according the member's goals and assessment information.

  3. Client receives their individualized program electronically. Client can access and review all workouts - both when with a trainer and when on their own.
